Large room with a nice lake view. Breakfast options need improvement. they were often cold and tasteless.

My kids wished there were more entertainment options for families. A game room would have been fantastic!

I stayed at the Palms Inn & Suites for four nights in a King Room Non-Smoking. The location is great, just minutes from a shopping mall and many restaurants. The room was clean and had nice furniture, which I appreciated. Breakfast had the usual options like eggs and bagels, but nothing extraordinary. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping everything tidy. WiFi worked well, but the shower pressure was disappointing. I found it very slow, which made showers take longer than expected. Also, the beds could be more comfortable, although they weren't horrible for a good night's rest. Overall, a decent stay but some minor adjustments could make it even better.

Great free parking and nice pool. Wi-Fi was spotty at times.

Swung by Palms Inn & Suites and found my cozy nook with a nice lake view! The location is perfect, close to eateries like Outback Steakhouse and Bar Louie. Plus, the staff were super friendly, making us feel right at home.

On the flip side, the room had a funky smell and could definitely use some furniture upgrades. Breakfast was a bit of a letdown—better grab your coffee and head out! Heard every little noise from the hallway all night too.

Had an awesome time with my friends at this hotel! We loved visiting the Everglades and Zoo Miami to dive into nature and wildlife. The location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants, and the staff was friendly. Great value for the price with comfortable rooms and a decent breakfast.
